WHAT’S INVOLVED IN A HOME INSPECTION?

An inspection takes approximately 3.5 – 4 hours. We encourage you to join us as it’s a great opportunity for you to learn about the workings of the home.

There are 9 key areas that are inspected.

They include: Roof, Exterior, Structure, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior.  As we move through the home, we will be explaining what we find in the various systems and components.  We will also be taking pictures and making notes.

Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive a customized, professional report giving detailed, in-depth information about the home. You will receive an electronic file and a hard copy.

The report will include pictures, explanations, and recommendations on hundreds of items in the home.   Sample Report

BONUS: This report becomes a valuable tool that you will be able to refer to and use for as long as you own the home AND you can contact us at any time should you wish to discuss your home or the inspection.
