This U-Tube video provides a general overview of what a home inspection involves, however, there are a few differences in our service:
- K & S Home Inspection will take 3 – 4 hours. You will note on the video that the basement is not mentioned. The video is from Florida where they have very few basements which would reduce the amount of time for an inspection.
- K & S Home Inspections does not do verbal reports as we feel it is not in the best interests of the client. The report we provide is in depth and well thought out. The information within will be valuable for as long as you own the home.
